Private Yoga Classes

I am able to facilitate a yoga class in your own home or in a location that is suitable for a yoga class.  Book the classes purely for yourself, to explore and enhance your own yoga practice and spiritual wellbeing.

If you would prefer, get together with another like minded friend or a small group (max of 4) to have your very own classes that can be designed to suit specific needs.

Workplace Yoga Wellness package

Yoga classes designed to reduce stress and improve wellness in your staff.  These classes occur on a regular basis with 1 or 2 classes a week.  The wellness package will include weekly yoga classes and regular email updates to your staff to increase motivation and participation.

The classes occur in your workplace.  You choose the time for the classes, morning, lunch or after hours.

There are significant benefits to include yoga as part of your workplace wellness program.
